What's your why?
The most important part of your journey will be your 'why'. Why you started, why you need to finish and what purpose it serves in your life. When embarking on a new journey, more specifically a health journey, it will require much change, determination and intentionality. Your 'why' will be your key motivator for the next 22 weeks.
